Heybike Warranty Policy
For Original Purchaser
We provide a 1-year warranty for each Heybike e-bike, excluding all wear and tear items. The warranty begins from the day of receiving the bike.
For Subsequent Owner
We provide a 1-year warranty for each Heybike e-bike, excluding all wear and tear items. The subsequent owner should provide the proof of original purchase (original owner's name & original order number). The warranty still begins from the day of the original owner’s receipt of the bike.
Note:
① “Original Purchaser” means buying electric bikes directly from the Heybike official website. “Subsequent Owner” means the second or later owner of the e-bike.
② If it is necessary to replace the bike parts, accessories or even change the bike, we may charge a certain amount of money as the shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team for help.
Wear and Tear Items
“Wear and tear” refers to damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal riding. Wear and tear items are not covered by this warranty policy. The following is a non-exhaustive list of other typical wear and tear items not covered by this warranty:

Rubber moving parts

Stripped threads/bolts

Uncovered Situations
This warranty is void under the following circumstances and does not apply to damage caused by any of the following situations:
Improper assembly or installation.
Crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
Corrosion.
Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with Heybike products.
Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions provided with the products.
